Setting Up Listener Mode with an iPad and a PC

FlightScope's Listener Mode is a fantastic tool for coaches to remotely view FlightScope session data while their students utilise the FS Golf App.

Here's a step-by-step guide to connect to Listener Mode using an iPad and a Windows PC.

1. You will need to ensure that the iPad has the FS Golf App downloaded with the latest firmware version, and that the PC has the latest version of FS Golf PC software installed. The FS Golf PC Software is available on the FlightScope website and is included with the purchase of Mevo+, Mevo+ Limited Edition and X3.

2. Connect the student’s iPad to the unit in the FS Golf App and begin a session.

You can connect manually in the device Wi-Fi settings, or by scanning the QR code on the back of the unit.

3. Connect the PC to the unit’s Wi-Fi and then open the FS Golf PC Software.

4. Within the FS Golf PC Software, select “Listener Mode” and the operator you want to connect to. The unit is identified by its IP Address.

5. The PC running FS Golf will now display real-time launch data from the student's sessions.

By following these steps, you'll be able to effectively utilise Listener Mode in your teaching sessions and provide valuable feedback to your students based on their real-time swing data.
